Went to the Dartmouth Mattressmart store on a Saturday and then several others to compare. Kim was personable and informative. We ended up going back to this store the following Saturday. Two mattresses were purchased. I received mine on the Monday and the other one had to be ordered and should be delivered in 2 weeks.
The delivery was smooth. The guys gave a two hour window and then a follow up to say they were 13 minutes out. They were polite and conscientious of our home and belongings. The pillows and mattress cover were delivered at 5:30 that night personally by Kim as they were not put on the delivery truck.
